D5
AC Status
D5 will be illuminated solid GREEN when Mains Power is connected
and active at the HPSA.
D11
No Batt
(No Battery )
The D11 No Batt LED illuminates ORANGE (brightness determined
by battery charge current) if the battery voltage is less than approx. 16
VDC, and deactivates if the battery voltage is greater than 16 VDC. If
the
No Batt LED is illuminated, the batteries are depleted or discon-
nected; however, AC power is present.
D14
Heartbeat
D14 (Heartbeat/Micro-controller) should be BLINKING GREEN
during normal operations.
D18
15V Power D18 (15 V Power) should be GREEN.
D24
Low Batt
D24 (Low Batt) should be OFF if batteries are greater than approx. 46
VDC. If less than 45.5 VDC, the LED is RED.
D25
Amp 2 D25 (Amp2 Power) should be GREEN. (this circuit is not used)
D26
Amp 1 D26 (Amp1 Power) should be GREEN.
D36 - D39
Batt Charge
Current
D36 to D39 (Batt charge current) shows actual charge current in 1
Amp steps. This varies depending on battery state.
D40
Batt Charge
State
D40 (Batt charge state):
Status of the two-stage battery test. Stage 1
applies a constant current of 4A, Stage 2 applies a constant voltage of
54.6 VDC.

OFF: Stage 1 (constant I)
• ON: Stage 2 (constant V)

Batt Meas. Indicates the Battery Stack Voltage; no Batt detection.
