5. Hold the microphone 1 inch to 2 inches (2.54 cm to 5.08 cm) from your mouth

and speak clearly into it. The announcement broadcasts through the speakers.

Temporarily Interrupting a Playing Alarm/Tone

1. While an alarm/tone or message is playing, toggle and hold down the

2. When ready, release the switch. The alarm/tone resumes playing.
