Troubleshooting
If the pump display remains blank when the pump is switched on, make the following checks:
l
Check that the mains power is available to the pump.
l
Check the fuse in the wall plug if one is present.
l
Check the position of the voltage selector switch.
l
Check the mains power switch at the rear of the pump.
l
Check the fuse in the fuse holder in the centre of the switch plate at the rear of the pump.
If the pump runs but there is little or no flow, make the following checks:
l
Check that fluid is supplied to the pump.
l
Check for any kinks or blockages in the lines.
l
Check that any valves in the line are open.
l
Check that the tube and rotor are in the pumphead.
l
Check that the tube is not split or burst.
l
Check that the correct wall-thickness tube is being used.
l
Check the direction of rotation.
l
Check that the rotor is not slipping on the drive shaft.
If the pump turns on, but will not run:
l
Check the remote stop function and configuration.
l
Check the mode you are in, are you in
Analog
mode.
l
Try to operate and run the pump in
Manual
mode.

If an internal error occurs, an error screen with a red background is displayed. Note: Signal out of
range, over signal and leak detected error screens report the nature of an external condition. They do
not flash.
