8. Loosen the nut which secures the small gear to the motor drive, and lift the
gear slightly, allowing it to rotate.

9. Turn the large gear until the oscillation arm is at the end of its travel to the
right. At this point the alignment should be as shown in the photo along-
side.

10. Retighten the securing nut for the small gear, refit the cover and resecure
the oscillation arm to the pivot shaft.

3.9.8 X-Jogger Diagnostic Procedure
If the D-XJG is not jogging correctly, use this procedure to determine the
faulty component.
Procedure
1. Take the power supply cable from the vibrator box and plug it directly into
the D-XJG power supply on the DigiVAC base. If the box vibrates follow
the next part of the procedure. If it does not vibrate there is a connection
problem or the vibrator coil is faulty.

3mm Allen Key
Multi Meter
Oscillation Arm
Note: if the oscillation arm is ever removed, ensure
it is replaced the correct way round - the small
round cut-out acts as a guide.
