Rear Door
3.7.1 Removal of Rear Door Conveyor Belts 433 Long (Lower)
1. Disconnect the DigiVAC from the mains power supply and open the rear
door.
2. Remove the two nyloc nuts, two shake proof washers and two button head
screws on the R/H Lower Paper Guide and the L/H Lower Paper Guide,
this will allow both paper guides to be pivoted forwards to give access to
the conveyor belts and shafts behind.

3. Disassemble the timing belt and pulleys from the Upper and Lower Drive
shaft; remove both E-Clips and all M8 nylon washers, both pin needle roll-
ers, three T5 pulleys and the T5 belt.

4. Remove the remaining E-Clips and nylon washers from the Upper and
Lower Drive shaft.
5. Remove the two flanged roller bearings from the L/H ends of both shafts,
this will allow the removal of both shafts and therefore both belts.
6. Replace belts and re-assemble. To re-assemble, reverse the removal pro-
cedure.
3.7.2 Removal of Rear Door Conveyor Belts 1085 Long (Upper)
1. Disconnect the DigiVAC from the mains power supply and open the rear
door.
2. Unhook the belts from the roller conveyor.
