Machine Adjustments

4. Ensure the Top Delivery Assembly is closed.

5. Remove LH and RH Pivot Point Fixings.

6. Remove the Top Delivery Assembly.

4.7 Machine Adjustments

4.7.1 Adjusting the Transverse Chain Tension

Procedure

1. Make sure the Carriage is parked on the RH side of the machine.
2. Switch off the power and disconnect the mains input lead.
3. Remove the LH Side Cover.
4. Check the tension in the Transverse Chain. To do this, push the top section

of the Chain down mid-way between the Sprockets. If the tension is
