ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

• Small Phillips head screwdriver (#1)
• Utility knife
• 3mm Allen key
• 5mm Allen key x2 (provided)
1. Place the handle on the forward riser.
2. Remove the handle rests using a 5mm Allen key then rotate the footboard away from the tank.
3. Undo the bungee from the recoil belt.
4. Remove the tank cover by sliding it backwards in an angled fashion away from the tank
assembly.
5. Pull the handle so that it unravels from the clutch fully, then use a 3mm Allen key to remove the
screw from the clutch. Remove the remainder of the handle strap from the machine.
6. Using a utility knife, remove and dispose of the the black plastic rivets from the forward riser
cover.
7. Remove the forward riser cover.
8. Using a 5mm Allen key, loosen the tie rods two to three revolutions.
Note: Do not fully unscrew or remove the tie rods.
9. Slide the tablet arm brackets onto the forward riser and hook them onto the tie rods, ensuring
the corner of the brackets are on the inside of the forward riser. Using your 5mm Allen key,
secure the tablet arm brackets by re-tightening the tie rods. You may have to hold the bracket in
place while retightening the tie rods.
10. Loosely place the kickstand pad between the forward riser and top deck. Do not press it down
or snap it into place.
Note: If the kickstand pad does click into place, reach below the top deck and press upwards on the
kickstand pad to release it.
11. Install the new forward riser cover and secure it into place using your new rivets.
12. Using a Phillips head screwdriver, remove the current rubber bumpers from the forward riser
and install the newer, larger bumpers with the new screws.
