Adding the Pedestal Oil

Use the illustrations and instructions to add the

pedestal oil. Use 1 qt (0.95 L), SAE 10W-30,

standard or synthetic.

1 Remove the oil-fill cap from the pedestal.
2 Add oil to the pedestal.
3 Check the oil level. Refer to:

"Checking the

Pedestal Oil Level" on page 43

. Install the

oil-fill cap when the oil is within specification.
