Engine Oil Fill Cap

Using a funnel, slowly add a small amount of oil.
Do not
overfill.
Allow a few seconds to elapse to allow oil to drain
to the crankcase.

Fully insert dipstick until it bottoms in the dipstick tube to
check level.

Remove and check that oil is
at the top of the cross hatch
pattern on the dipstick.
Add oil as necessary until oil level
is correct.
9.
Install and secure the oil fill cap.
6.3.2 Fuel Level Check
Check the fuel level daily.
WARNING!
Fuel and vapors are extremely flammable and
explosive. Fire or explosion can cause severe
burns, bodily harm, or death. Keep fuel away
from sparks, open flame, pilot lights, heat, and
any other source of ignition.
CAUTION!
Fuel vapors are very toxic. Breathing fuel vapors
can cause irritation, illness, or unconsciousness.
Check the fuel level outdoors or in a well-
ventilated area.
Turn engine OFF and let engine cool at least two minutes before
removing the fuel cap. Loosen cap slowly to relieve pressure in
tank.

Starting work with a full tank helps to eliminate or reduce
operating interruptions for refueling. Avoid running the tank dry.
