Symbolic names

These are used to alter the representation of values
(text coded/binary coded).

Parameter

Restart on K-Bus Failure

Here, set the starting behavior of the slave following an error.
AUTORESET: Automatic starting of the slave
POWER ON RESET: The supply voltage must first be
switched off and then on again so that the slave starts.

Device Diagnosis

Here, activate or deactivate the slave device diagnostics.

Data Bus Extension

Here, indicate whether the internal data bus extension is used
or not.
EEPROM setting is used: Activation of the internal data bus
extension.
EEPROM setting is not used: Deactivation of the internal data
bus extension.

Process Data Representation

- INTEL (LSB-MSB)
- MOTOROLA (MSB-LSB)

Response to PROFIBUS DP
Failure

Here, set the behavior of the slave during a PROFIBUS error.
- Substitute values are switched
- Terminal bus stops transmission
- Output image is cleared
- Output image is stored

Response to K-Bus Failure

Here, set the behavior of the slave during a breakdown of the
internal data bus.
- PROFIBUS communication stops
- Input image is cleared
- Input image is stored

Startup via DP/V1 Channel

Here, activate or deactivate the DP/V1 operating mode.

Slot Allocation

DP/V1-compatible: To be selected when using CoDeSys.
S7-compatible: To be selected when using the S7 CPU.
