Update Tool Under Windows

WAGO-I/O-IPC

After the copy process is performed to the CF card, the card is ready to be
operated as boot capable media and can be directly used in the WAGO-I/O-
IPC. The update process on the Wago-I/O-IPC is described in the following
section.
