3 Creation of the Boot Capable CF Card Using
"PhysDiskWrite.exe"
The "PhysDiskWrite.exe" program used to create the boot capable CF card is
a pure command line program and must be started up from the WINDOWS
DOS box. Besides the program, the image (*.img) to be copied to the CF card
is also required to create the update card.
The program automatically identifies all removable media available, so that
they can be specified as only possible copy targets.
The copy process is described in the figures below.

Ideally, the update image is copied to the same folder containing the tool. In
this case, two different image files are available (see Fig. 1) from which boot
capable media can be created.

If the progam is called without parameters, the program usage is displayed and
all possible options are listed (see Fig.2)
