5.1 Control/Status Byte
The control/status byte is shown in the process image independent of user-
specific parameterization of the SMI master module.
If bit 7 is set in the control byte, register communication is always active and
process data communication inactive.

time, the diagnostic with the highest priority is shown (see table below).
