General Error Bit
0: There is no error.
1: There is an undervoltage or a short circuit.
Bits 0-3 are masked out.
RegCom
0: Register communication is disabled (normal mode).
1: Register communication is enabled.
Status byte 1 and 3 are permanently “0”.
Frequency Level Depends on Duty Cycle
The frequency preset can only be taken into account to the extent that leads to a
duty cycle of max. 100%.
4.4.2
Parameter Settings
The pulse duration can be preset in the range from 1 … 1,000,000 µs.
The set value is non-volatile and is retained after a restart.
