17. Free the three holes in the
PCB with soldering wire or
extractor. Clean and remove
fl ux.

Clamp housing cover
vertically in bench vice.
Slide in new generator with
extreme care. Press down
evenly with both hands.
The surfaces of the gap
permeable to ignition must
not be damaged.

Tighten the three screws to
3.5 Nm

Clamp housing cover
horizontally. Solder on the
three cables. The order / color
is insignifi cant (three-phase
current).
