Maintenance/repair work on WAGNER devices, protective systems, safety, control and
regulation devices in the sense of the directive 94/9/EC (ATEX) may only be undertaken
by trained WAGNER service personnel or enabled persons according to TRBS 1203 (2010 /
modifi ed 2012).

Observe TRBS 1201 (2009) Parts 1 and 3, Plant Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV.).
Replacement of the turbine unit in accordance with the instructions is considered to be a
repair according to TRBS 1201 (2009), Part 3, Table 2, Section "Intrinsically safe equipment",
Cat 2: "Replacement with genuine spare part, plug-in electronic module and component
on which intrinsic safety depends". Testing according to §14 Para. 6 of BetrSichV is not
needed.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY

REQUIREMENTS OF SERVICE PERSONNEL
No adjustments may be made to the turbine/relief valves. The generator may only be
repaired in the factory. If necessary, the pressure regulator may be adjusted to set the
turbine speed, exercising great care.
•
The circulating seal of the turbine's bottom cover may not exhibit damage.
•
Sealing elements (pressure control valve unit, discharge port, condensate discharge
opening) must be replaced with defect.
•
The IP degree of protection of the housing must be retained.
The equipment may be operated only with compressed air of the prescribed quality
(operating manual consider).
