5 Operation

5.12 Emergency lowering

DANGER

Crushing hazard during boom lowering!

Causes serious crushing or injury resulting in death.

►

Do not allow anyone to stay in the danger zone.

►

Stop machine operation immediately as soon as someone enters the
danger zone.

Observe the following during emergency lowering:

1. Turn the starting key to position

2. Lower the control lever base.
3. Lower the boom completely.
4. Return the control lever to neutral.

Information

Lower the boom immediately after stopping the engine.
