If the meter is unable to detect the buffer‘s value, it will signalise the error
after pressing the  

  button with a triple warning sound. In such case

check the solution value or the electrode which may be broken.
Only the pH buffers values detected during calibration are calculated, any
other values recorded earlier do not influence the reading.
