The protective film is
still attached on the

Remove the protective film.
Error messages
pop out during
installation process

The PC is lack of a
Microsoft software
package.
Download the “Microsoft Visual
C++ 2008 Redistributable
package” from http://www.
microsoft.com/en-us/download/
details.aspx?id=29 , double-click
on the downloaded executable
file, and follow the on-screen
instructions to complete the
package installation process. You
may then restart the scanner
mouse installation process
again.
