Options while on calls
Chain dialing
While you are on a call, you can initiate a dialing sequence from the numbers
in the directory, caller ID history, redial list or speed dial memory.
Chain dialing can be useful if you wish to access other numbers (such as bank
account numbers or access codes) from the directory, caller ID history, redial
list or speed dial memory.
To access the directory while on a call:
Press
DIRECTORY
, then press or to
to scroll to the desired entry.
Press
MENU/
SELECT
to dial the desired number. To exit without making
changes, press
CANCEL
and continue with the conversation.

To access the call history while on a call:

To access the speed dial memory while on a call:
Press the desired speed dial key for the number in the upper location.

, then press the desired speed dial key for the number in the
lower location.
NOTE:
If the speed dial location is assigned with an extension number, pressing the speed
dial key while on a call will hold the current call and initiate an intercom call with the assigned
extension.
