The above special function keys are not active under all
conditions. The main function keys active currently will be scrolled on the status bar
(see the panel layout diagram for its position) at the lower end of the main interface.
The panel keyboard is under digital input state normally. It is
switched to phonetic alphabet input state, letter input state in proper order and
returned to digital input state after pressing “#” key. Refer to the interface prompt box
for specific states.
