13. Instructions
For the safe and correct operation of your VREDO overseeder, please read and understand the instructions
thoroughly.
On receiving your overseeder:
•
check that the machine is undamaged;
•
check that the machine is complete;
•
check that this operation manual is present and complete;
•
check that all the warning stickers (Chapter 8) are on the machine;
Your VREDO overseeder is manufactured the latest standards. Any changes or alterations to the machine
without the written consent of VREDO Dodewaard B.V. will render the warranty void.
Warranty is valid regarding the conditions of the METAALUNIE.
(On request a copy is available at Vredo Dodewaard B.V.).
The machine must be serviced and maintained accordingly while taking the instructions in this manual as
the minimum requirement.
Before attempting any service or repair work always stop the (tractor) motor and ensure the hydraulic sys-
tem is released of any pressure.
During operation and servicing observe the warning and prohibition stickers and notices.
Regularly check the presence and condition of the warning and prohibition stickers.
Check all nuts and bolts for tightness. Check all fixing pins and securing pins. Check the general condition
and remedy any defects that would cause danger to the operator, bystanders or other road users.
