find the appropriate-seeding table. Ad-
just the dosing unit and carry out a cali-
bration test
7.2. Pulled overseeder related problems

There is an electrical problem
Readjust the Cam for operating the
Hall sensor. Set the lowering se-
quence correctly and tighten the cam
firmly.
Check the electrical system (see
chapter 12).
Machine does not lower to opera-
tion position. The pressure relief valve
downstream pressure is set
too low.
Set the downstream pressure to a
minimum of 20 bar. (See chapter
3.4)
The wheels remain on the ground
/ the axle is not lifted. The time the oilflow was ap-
pied was too short
The lowering pressure is set
too low. Operate the valve some time longer
Readjust lowering pressure higher.
The axle does not lift the rear of
the machine. The pressure of the sequence
valve on the valve block is set
too high. Turn the sequence valve (Fig. 8 - No.
5) a little counterclockwise until the
lifting sequence proceeds correctly.
Machine lowers (transport posi-
tion), without actuation of the
valve. The balance valve is not
properly adjusted. Readjust the balance valve, see
chapter 3.3
Machine lowers too fast or too
slow The throttle valve is not
properly adjusted
Readjust the throttle valve till desired
decend velocity is set.
