16. Troubleshooting
Tests to be carried out:
• Following a fall, check that the accelerator lever works properly. To do this, accelerate and decelerate
several times.
• Check from time to time that the brakes are working properly. To do this, manually push the vehicle and
brake suddenly to make sure it responds to commands.
• Check that all vehicle components are in place and securely fastened.
• Check the wear of the tyres.
• Check the wear of the brakes and cables
Error
The motor is not running
The rear wheel does not turn
After it has been charged, the vehicle turns
itself off
The battery does not charge or
the electric scooter does not turn on
The vehicle stops suddenly while it is running

If the Electric scooter remains off after it has been charging for half an hour,
press the reset button on the left side of the footrest. If it does not reset,
