DISABLING THE DRIVE SYSTEM - TURNING VOLTA OFF

Disabling the Drive System

There are several ways that the Volta’s
drive system can be disabled:

1. Place the OFF/ON switch in the OFF
position.
2. Put the kickstand down.
3. Turn the ignition switch countercloc-
kwise to the OFF position.

Additionally, the Volta’s onboard Vehicle
Control Unit can disable the drive
system if a fault or warning is detected.
