WARRANTY
Davide e Luigi Volpi warranties this product for 1 YEAR from the purchase date being regularly reported in
the enclosed Warranty Sheet. The warranty right exists for any construction and material defect. The
warranty refers to a replacement of the faulty pieces. Anyway, only Davide e Luigi Volpi S.p.A., who will
each time evaluate the different technical issues, is entitled to finally decide whether the warranty right shall
be applied or not.
The warranty does not cover: labour costs, compensation for standstill of the machine, freight costs, since
such costs are totally charged to the customer. Moreover, the warranty right does not cover any part subject
to a normal wear due to the utilization of the machine, in particular the battery, the battery charger, the
hoses and tubes as well as the delivery accessories, shoulder straps, ON-OFF cutout-switch.
This warranty shall be considered as cancelled in case:
o
the instructions for use, safety and maintenance recommended by manufacturer are not followed;
o
the machine utilization is not the originally foreseen one;
o
the troubles are caused by an improper use of the machine;
o
repair or maintenance operations are carried out by non-authorized personnel;
o
non-original spare parts are used;
o
the verified fault is due to a poor maintenance/an improper use by the user and/or third parties.
IMPORTANT:
this warranty will only be applied if the purchaser fills in the WARRANTY sheet IN EACH PART
and indicates the machine serial number, the purchase date (shall be the same as reported on the sales
document) as well as the dealer's stamp and transmits the sheet on the purchase date. Moreover, the
purchaser shall keep a copy of the sales document (receipt, invoice) and of the warranty sheet: a copy of
these documents shall be transmitted to an Authorized Dealer or Repairer together with the machine to be
repaired. Are the above mentioned documents missing, the warranty right is not valid, at all.

DISMANTLING AND DISPOSAL
In case you decide not to utilize the machine, at all, and consequently to dismantle the machine, you shall proceed
according to the rules being in force and turn to specialist disposal centres, where both materials and debris can be
disposed of.
The machine consists of non-dangerous materials as follows:
plastic material;
ferrous metal (steel) and non-ferrous metal (aluminium – brass – copper);
electric lithium battery.
In any case, both the machine and its parts
shall not be disposed of as urban waste.
