– Bring lock carrier into service position ⇒ General body repairs,

– Remove poly V-belt

– Drain coolant

– Unscrew coolant pump securing bolts and remove coolant

pump.

Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing,

note the following:
– Moisten new O-ring with coolant.
– Fit coolant pump.
– Tighten securing bolts. Specified torque: 20 Nm
– Install poly V-belt
