Intermediate shaft sprocket - tightening sequence
Caution
The intermediate shaft sprocket must be replaced. Otherwise
no tooth backlash is set, engine damage.
The new intermediate shaft sprocket is coated with a solid film
lubricant that wears off after a short period and thus the tooth
backlash is automatically set.

1.
Tighten with torque wrench initially to 10 Nm.
2.
Turn intermediate shaft sprocket.
There must be no play in intermediate shaft sprocket; otherwise
loosen bolt and tighten again.
