3. Safety precautions.
3.1 - Place the lift only on strong, level
surfaces.
3.2 - Check that the legs are tightly fastened by
using the safety catches (R).
3.3 - Check that the lift is vertical by using the
spirit level (F) in the main section.
Adjust the feet (Q) where necessary, by rotating
the hand crank (H).
3.4 - Check that the lift is locked in the working
position by means of the safety catches (M1,
M2, M3).
3.5 - When using the lift outside, place it on a
solid surface and protect it from the wind.
3.6 - Do not place the lift on stairs or steps
when in use.
3.7 - Be careful that no cables or any prominent
objects are placed over the lift before raising.
3.8 - Do not stand under the load.
3.9 - Do not move the lift when it is carrying a
load.
3.10 - Check the condition of the cables before
use. There should be no cuts or fraying. Do not
use cables that are in poor condition.
3.11 - Never service or adjust the winch (W)
while the lift is in use.
3.12 - The minimum load required for the
brake to work is 55 lbs / 25 Kg. The brake will
not work without this minimum load.
3.13 - Do not apply oil or grease to the brake
mechanism.
3.14 - Not approved for lifting persons.
3.15 - To move the lift, lower all sections and
lock them with the safety catches.
4. Operation.
4.1 - When placing the lift in its working
position, ensure that the wheels (T) are on a
solid, level surface.
4.2 - Remove the legs from their supports (S)
and insert them into the holes (V) checking
that they are tightly fastened with the safety
catches (R).
4.3 - Adjust the vertical position of the lift (Q)
by rotating the hand crank (H) in the correct
direction to keep the bubble in the center of the
spirit level (F).
4.4 - Place the load on top of the lift using a
suitable support, lifting only in a vertical
direction. The minimum load must be 55 lbs
/ 25 Kg.
4.5 - Lifting:
Raise the lift turning the hand crank (W)
clockwise (N

), lifting the load to the desired
height.
