Note: – when using the unit for the first
time, the heating element can produce
foreign smell, this is normal.
–
Let the unit heat up.
–
Divide the smoothly combed hair into
locks of equal width (about 5 cm).
–
Press the straightener plates handle
(4) and place the hair lock between
the plates (2), release the handle (4).
–
Holding the unit by the handle (7),
move the heating plates (2) to the tips
of the locks without applying exces-
sive force.
IMPORTANT: under no circumstance let
the plates remain in the same area of the
hair lock for more than 2 seconds.
–
After that start straightening the next
hair lock.
–
Cool your hair down before finishing
the styling or applying hair spray.
–
Avoid contact of heated surfaces with
your face, neck and other parts of
your body.
–
After use press the power switch (6)
and take the power plug out of the
socket. Let the unit cool down.
Note:
–
Always switch the unit off and unplug
it if it is not being used.
–
Never leave the unit connected to the
mains unattended.
–
You can form a lock by clamping
the lock end and wrapping the hair
around the outer surface, wait a little
and remove the lock off the unit.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
–
Before cleaning unplug the unit and
let it cool down completely.
–
Do not immerse the unit, power cord
and power plug of the unit into water
or any other liquids.
–
Do not use detergents, abrasives or
any solvents to clean the unit.
–
Wipe the attachment holder/han-
dle (7), the attachment (1, 9, 10) with
a soft, slightly damp cloth, then wipe
dry.
STORAGE
–
Let the unit cool down completely
and clean it before taking away for
storage.
–
Never wind the cord around the
attachment holder/handle (7), as this
can damage the cord.
–
A hanging loop (8) you can store the
unit on is provided for the ease of
storage, given that in such position no
water will get on the unit.
–
Keep the unit in a dry cool place away
from children and people with dis-
abilities.
