1. Install th e m eat g rin d e r head (3) to th e se ttin g
p la ce (4), and tu rn it co u n te rclo c k w is e until
b u m p in g (pic. 1, 2).
2. Install th e screw (13) into th e m ea t grind e r
head (3) b o d y (pic. 3).
3. Install th e cro sse d bla d e (14) (pic. 4).
4. S e le ct one o f th e c u ttin g p la te s (15 or 16) and
set it above th e blade, m atch in g the le d g e s
on the c u ttin g plate w ith the g rooves on the
m eat g rin d e r head b o d y (3), tig h te n th e nut
(17) (pic. 5, 6).
A ttention!

F ace the blade cutting side to the cutting
p late. I f the b lade is installed improperly,
it will n ot grind the food products.
- Coarse cutting plate (15) is fo r processing
raw m eat, vegetables, dried fruit, cheese,
fish, etc.
- Small cutting p la te (16) suits fo r pro cess
ing raw m e a t as well as cooked m eat, fish
etc.

c lo c k w ise and rem ove it.
11.To d is a s s e m b le th e m ea t g rin d e r head,
u n scre w th e n ut (17) and ta ke o u t th e installed
c u ttin g p la te (15 o r 16), th e bla d e (14) and the
s crew (13) fro m th e m ea t g rin d e r head body.

g rin d e r will be sw itc h e d off.

pla ce (4), and tu rn it c o u n te rc lo c k w is e until

Insert th e screw (13) into th e m eat g rind e r
head b o d y (3), s e t th e cro sse d bla d e (14),
ta ke th e c u ttin g plate (16) (fo r fine c h o p
ping) and s e t it above th e blade, m atch in g the
le d g e s on th e c u ttin g plate w ith th e g rooves
on th e m eat g rin d e r head b o d y (3), install the
sa u sa ge a tta c h m e n t (18) and tig h te n th e nut
