WARNING: Before recharging, first install the battery and then connect the 

charger.

When the charging cycle is complete, first unplug the charger from the 

power source and then unplug the battery pack from the battery jack on 

the drive!

Assembly and disassembly of the battery

1. Turn off the drive.

2. Turn the key to release the battery lock.

3. Tilt and pull out the battery pack in the direc-

tion from bottom to top.

WARNING: Turn off power to the drive before removing the battery.

To view the battery charge 

status, hold down the 

button on the case.
