Trouble Shooting
1. Water is not coming out from the tap.
It will take a minimum of an hour for the water to flow through the
filter into the tank when using a new filter.
If no water filters through from the tap after the given period, gently
tilt the bottle as there may be an air bubble lock.
If the problem persists, carefully remove the bottle and filter, shake the
filter cartridge for 30 to 40 seconds under running tap water and
place back into position. Place the bottle back on the unit.
*IF THE FILTER IS OLDER THAN 3 MONTHS, REPLACE FILTER AS IT MAY BE SATURATED.
3. If the unit is leaking.
a) Water leaking from the tap: - Move the handle of the tap around
slowly a few times to adjust the stopper inside.
b) Water leaking from the screw on the cap by the bottle: - A small
amount of water dripping from this area does not pose a problem
and is not a cause for concern. Gently ensure that the screw cap's
silicon ring is in place by pressing the screw cap inside up and
down.

2. If the water comes out black.
If the water comes out black this is completely safe food grade carbon
particles. Simply remove the filter, rinse under a tap gently for 30 – 60
seconds and then replace. Draw three or four glasses of water and
your water should be clear.
