Remove any paper from the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF).

The scanner automatically detects if paper is in the ADF and will scan
pages in it. You must remove these pages prior to scanning if you want to
scan from the flatbed.

Lift the scanner cover and place the document

face down

on the glass.

Align the item with the arrow on the reference frame for the size page
being scanned, then close the cover.

You can now scan the document using the OneTouch scanner buttons,
the OneTouch button panel, or one of the other scanning interfaces.
