SETSCREWS AND LOCKS TO PREVENT LOSS DURING SHIPPING

Steps:
1) Attach round bases [25] and flange plates [26a] to round extrusions [26], see details below.
2) Attach square extrusions [27 and 28] to base plate.
3) Attach horizontal extrusions [29] between verticals [27 and 28], placing infills where indicated.
4) Attach counters atop verticals [26] and secure to tower with thumbscrews.
5) Attach header base to top of assembled tower using screws.
6) Attach graphic panels with Plex to laminated header panel.
7) Clamp assembled header to header base using A10 clamps.
8) Attach shelf supports [30] to verticals where desired then
set shelves atop supports.

Insert screws located on underside
of counter into holes on flange plate
and secure with wing nuts.
Then secure to vertical extrusions
with thumbscrews as shown.
Repeat steps for opposite counter.

screw to go thru hole
Note
: If A10 clips become loose,
use
Philip Screwdriver
to tighen.

Graphic Attachment
Place graphic between
Plex panels then use screwcaps to secure
both graphics to laminated panel,
then secure another end with caps.

Attach standoff barrels to
backwall panel and secure
in place. Secure graphic
to standoffs using screw caps.
