Calibration Guide

CONFIRM MODEL AND SOFTWARE 

STEP 1

• With the safety key in place, hold the 

“ELEVATION UP”

and 

“SPEED

DOWN”

buttons at the same time (for about 3-5 seconds). The console

will beep three times. The treadmill is now in engineering mode.

• The distance window displays the model number.
• The time window displays the software version. (Example: 

““SS220011””

). 

• The profile matrix window displays MI (miles) or KM (kilometers) 

STEP 2

• Press the 

“STOP”

button. The console will beep three times. You are

now in the main engineering menu.

MANUAL CALIBRATION MODE, ENG1

STEP 3

• Press 

“SELECT”

button, 

““PP66””

will appear in display.  

STEP 4

MINIMUM SPEED  (P0)

• Press 

“ELEVATION DOWN”

to 

““PP00””

. Press 

“SELECT”

button. The belt

will begin to move. The speed window should display approximately

““..5500””

. If not 

““..5500””

use 

“SPEED”

buttons to adjust. The time window should

display a number within the range of 

““445500  --  447700””

• If changes have been made, press and hold the 

“SELECT”

button, to

save changes, or press the 

“STOP”

button to exit back to menu.

STEP 5

SP1 SPD   (SP1)

• Press 

“ELEVATION UP”

button to 

““SSPP11””

• Press 

“SELECT”

button. The belt will begin to move. The speed window

should display approximately 

““22..77””

. If not 

““22..77””

use 

“SPEED”

buttons to adjust.

The time window should display number within the range of 

““11227799  --  11331144””

.

• If changes have been made, press and hold the 

“SELECT”

button, to

save changes, or press the 

“STOP”

button to exit back to menu.

STEP 6

MID SPEED   (P1)

• Press 

“ELEVATION UP”

button to

• Press 

“SELECT”

button. The belt will begin to move. The speed window

should display approximately
