CERRAR LA LLAVE DE PASO DEL GAS Y/O
DESCONECTAR
EL
INTERRUPTOR
GENERAL DE ALIMENTACIÓN ELÉCTRICA,
INSTALADOS ANTES DEL EQUIPO.
DESPUÉS
DE
SUSTITUIR
UN
COMPONENTE DEL CIRCUITO DEL GAS,
VERIFICAR QUE NO HAYA PÉRDIDAS EN
LOS PUNTOS DE CONEXIÓN.
ANTES
DE
EFECTUAR
CUALQUIER
OPERACIÓN EN UN APARATO ELÉCTRICO,
DESCONECTARLO
DE
LA
RED
DE
ALIMENTACIÓN.
DESPUÉS
DE
SUSTITUIR
UN
COMPONENTE DEL CIRCUITO ELÉCTRICO,
VERIFICAR QUE ESTÉ BIEN CONECTADO
AL CABLEADO.
FRY-TOP A GAS CON LLAVE
SUSTITUCIÓN DE LA NAVE DEL GAS
- Desmontar el panel de mandos.
- Extraer y sustituir el componente.
- Volver a montar todas las partes. Efectuar las
operaciones de desmontaje en orden contrario.
SOSTITUCIÒN DE QUEMADOR, PILOTO, TERMOPAR,
ENCENDEDOR PIEZO ELÉCTRICO BUJIA DE
ENCENDIDO.
- Desmontar el panel de mandos.
- Extraer y sustituir el componente.
- Volver a montar todas las partes. Efectuar las
operaciones de desmontaje en orden contrario.
FRY-TOP A GAS CON VÁLVULA
SOSTITUCIÒN DE LA VÀLVOLA DEL GAS Y DEL
TERMOSTATO DE SEGURIDAD.
- Desmontar el panel de mandos.
- Extraer el bulbo del soporte fijado al fondo de la
plancha.
- Extraer y sustituir el componente.
- Insertar completamente el bulbo en el soporte fijado
al fondo de la plancha.
- Volver a montar todas las partes. Efectuar las
operaciones de desmontaje en orden contrario.
SOSTITUCIÒN DE QUEMADOR, PILOTO, TERMOPAR,
ENCENDEDOR PIEZO ELÉCTRICO BUJIA DE
ENCENDIDO.
- Desmontar el panel de mandos.
- Extraer y sustituir el componente.
- Volver a montar todas las partes. Efectuar las
operaciones de desmontaje en orden contrario.
FRT-TOP ELÉCTRICO
SUSTITUCIÓN DE LA CALEFACCIÓN Y LA LUZ SE
ENCIENDE.
- Desmontar el panel de mandos.
- Extraer y sustituir el componente.
- Volver a montar todas las partes. Efectuar las
operaciones de desmontaje en orden contrario.
SUSTITUCIÓN DEL TERMOSTATO DE TRABAJO Y DEL
TERMOSTATO DE SEGURIDAD
- Desmontar el panel de mandos.
- Extraer el bulbo del soporte fijado al fondo de la
plancha.
- Extraer y sustituir el componente.
- Insertar completamente el bulbo en el soporte fijado
al fondo de la plancha.
- Volver a montar todas las partes. Efectuar las
operaciones de desmontaje en orden contrario.

LIMPIEZA DE LAS PARTES INTERNAS
Controlar las condiciones de las partes internas del
equipo.
Quitar toda la suciedad.
Controlar y limpiar el sistema de salida de humos.
