Optimising the rate of on-site power consumption
The largest financial savings will be achieved if the
power generated by the fuel cell is consumed on site.
Whenever possible, do not switch on large energy con-
sumers (e.g. hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, washing
machine, tumble dryer) simultaneously but after each
other.
Long fuel cell runtimes
Spread the drawing of heat (e.g. DHW consumption)
as evenly as possible over the day. This results in lon-
ger runtimes for power generation.
Using the integral energy manager
The energy manager optimises the fuel cell runtimes
subject to power and heat consumption within the
building. This results in the highest possible on-site
consumption of the power generated. The energy
manager is enabled at the factory.
