Danger
Severe burns due to hot sur-
faces
Only perform cleaning work
when the boiler is cold.
Switch off the boiler.
Open the front door of the boiler.
2.
Pull the unlocking lever on the boiler
upwards. Slide the ash box for-
wards.
3.
Push the ash partition of the ash box
down as far as it will go.
4.
Empty the ash box.
5.
Proceed in reverse order to insert the
ash box and close the boiler.
Note
Before closing the boiler, the ash par-
tition has to be opened again.
6.
Switch the boiler on.
Cleaning the light barriers
1.

Switch off the boiler.

Undo the union nut on the light bar-
rier.
3.
Remove the underlying glass.
4.
Clean the glass of the light barrier.
5.
Proceed in reverse order to reassem-
ble the light barrier.
6.
Switch the boiler on.
