Close the gas shut-off valve.

Release the screw inside test nipple

Open the gas shut-off valve.
Start the boiler.

Check the nozzle pressure.

Check the setting values and record
them in the report.

Reposition protective cap

Switch OFF the system ON/OFF
switch on the control unit (the boiler
shuts down).

Close the gas shut-off valve.
9.
Remove the pressure gauge and seal
test nipple

Open the gas shut-off valve, start
the boiler and check test nipple

for gas tightness.

Gas escaping from the test
nipple leads to a risk of
explosion.
Check the test nipple for gas
tightness.
