Fault Measures
All indicators on the Vitocom 100 are off. Check the Vitocom 100 power supply.
Fault messages
Fault messages for the heating system are shown on
the control unit display. These fault messages contain
a fault message text and a fault message code.
Contact your heating contractor in connection with
each fault message received.
The SMS sent by the Vitocom 100 shows the fault
message in a similar way using the following informa-
tion elements:
■ Operating state of the system after the fault occur-
red, e.g. "emergency mode"
■ Cause of fault, e.g. "outside temperature sensor"
■ Display of the fault code for the precise cause of the
fault by means of the last two characters in the SMS
text (e.g. "10")
Note
To localise the fault, the SMS text is preceded by the
information text for the heating system or the digital
input.
The Vitocom 100 sends the fault message SMS to the
mobile phone numbers "mobnr1" and "mobnr2" (if pro-
grammed).

Note
The Vitocom resends the fault message if the fault has
not been removed after 24 hours.
