Carrying out a LON subscriber check
The subscriber check is used to test communication
with the system devices connected to the fault man-
ager.
Requirements:
■
The control unit must be programmed as
fault man-
ager
(code "79:1" in the
"General"
group).
■
The LON subscriber number must be programmed in
all control units.
■
The LON subscriber list in the fault manager must be
up to date.
Service menu:
1. Press
OK
and
simultaneously for approx. 4 s.
2.
"Service functions"
3.
"Subscriber check"
4. Select subscriber (e.g. subscriber 10).
5. Start the subscriber check with
"OK"
.

Successfully checked subscribers are designated
with
"OK"
.
■
Unsuccessfully checked subscribers are identified
with
"Not OK"
.
Note
To perform another subscriber check:
Create a new subscriber list with "Delete list?" (sub-
scriber list is updated).
Note
During the subscriber check, the display of the relevant
subscriber shows the subscriber no. and "Wink" for
approx. 1 min.
Calling up and resetting the "Service" display
The red fault indicator flashes when the limits set in
coding addresses "21" and "23" have been reached.
