Danger
Incorrectly executed electrical installations can
result in injuries from electrical current and dam-
age to the appliance.
All sensor and signal leads (0-10 V) must be
shielded with copper braiding and have a mini-
mum cross-section of 0.5 mm
2
.
Specified lead type: CV
Power supply
Isolators for non-earthed conductors
■
The integral ON/OFF switch must simultaneously
isolate all non-earthed conductors from the mains
with a minimum contact separation of 3 mm.
Danger
Incorrectly executed electrical installations can
result in injuries from electrical current and dam-
age to the appliance.
Connect the power supply and implement all
safety measures (e.g. RCD circuit) in accord-
ance with the following regulations:
■
IEC 60364-4-41
■
VDE regulations
■
Technical connection requirements specified
by the local power supply utility
Danger
The absence of component earthing can lead to
serious injury from electric current if an electrical
fault occurs.
■
Re-establish all earth connections of the heat
pump.
■
Heat pump and pipework
must
be grounded
to the equipotential bonding of the building.
Danger
Incorrect core assignment can result in serious
injury and damage to the appliance.
Never interchange cores "L" and "N".
■
Consult your power supply utility, which may offer dif-
ferent supply tariffs for the power circuits.
Observe the technical connection requirements of
the power supply utility.
■
The power-OFF assignment is made via the type of
connection.
In Germany, the power supply can be cut off for up to
3 x 2 hours per day (24 h).
■
The heat pump control unit/PCB must be supplied
with power
without
being interrupted by the power
supply utility. Tariffs subject to possible shutdown
must not be used here.
Install the power supply of the heat pump control unit
and the cable for the power-OFF signal in accord-
ance with the separate "Connection and wiring dia-
gram".
■
Protect the power cable to the heat pump control unit
with a fuse of max. 25 A.
