Operator’s Manual Victory WC-8H

Other activities

Change Hitch pins position

You must change the hitch pins' position
if you cannot level the woodchipper

when connected to the tractor’s hitch.

Method:

◼

Untighten both bolts (1).

◼

Shift the Hitch pin bracket to the
desired position.

◼

Tighten both bolts with the torque
as specified.

◼

Do the same on the other side.

Adjust or replace the drive belts

◼

Remove the pulley cover.

◼

Untighten bolts (1) x4.

◼

Use adjusting bolts (4) to move the
lower bearing bracket (2) up or
down to untighten (replace) or
tighten the drive belts.

◼

Adjust the drive belt's tension
according to the following figure.

◼

Tighten all bolts (1) 80 feet pounds.

◼

Secure the adjusting bolts.

◼

Mount the pulley cover.

NOTE:

◼

Always keep the power input shaft
parallel with the flywheel shaft.

◼

Always replace cracked, frayed,
worn, or stretched drive belts.

◼

Always replace the complete set of 4
drive belts. Use genuine drive belts.
