Fitting the main 

frame

Screw both parts of the main frame together at the flange piece. 

Please note: First guide the inside hydraulic and electrical lines 
through the openings in the flange pieces of the two main frames. Use 
the internal assembly cable for the electrical line.

Raise the rear main frame with lifting accessories and secure 
under the flange piece with stand.

Raise the front main frame with lifting accessories and secure.

Put both frame parts close together and secure.

First thread the electrical lines (lighting cables) from the front to the 
rear through the front main frame. Then connect to the existing 
assembly cable and pull through the rear frame.

Remove the hydraulic line ball valves.

Pull the hydraulic lines from the rear through the front main frame.

Fit the hydraulic line ball valves.

Guide both frame parts together at the flange pieces.

Using 4 bolts, loosely connect the flange pieces from the front and 
rear main frames.

Secure the flange pieces using 2 clamping sleeves (torsion-free).

Fit the tine cover holder and insert the bolts.

Insert the remaining bolts.

Connect the flange pieces using all 12 bolts (torsion-free) (290 
Nm).
