The LEDs start pulsing green to indicate that the hearing aids and

the charger are being charged. If not: see troubleshoot section.

Constant-on green LEDs indicate that charging is completed.

X

For wireless charging, the LEDs will turn off when charging is

completed.

Check charging status

The hearing aids are in the charger.

Disconnect the charger from the electrical outlet.

●

Check the charging status of the hearing aids and the charger by

either

- opening the lid, or

- briefly pressing the button
