Referencing and running a test with 24 fiber

cabling

24 fiber cabling can be referenced and tested in two steps with

12 fibers at a time by using the optional available Y-adapters.

Please note that the measurement of the 12 fibers must always

follow directly after referencing. Since the procedures for

referencing and testing are identical to 12 fiber cabling, this

section only describes how to connect the Y-adapters and to

perform the referencing measurement procedure.

NOTE:

For 24 fiber cabling always select the test reference method

“3-cord”.
