General information
The operation of the XGPON application is almost the same as
the description of the PONmeter application (see “PONmeter
Operation” on page 42 ). The XGPON application differs by
additional wavelength options for references and threshold sets.
Therefore, only the additional menus of the XGPON application
are described in detail in the following.
Select a predefined XGPON view

The homescreen is displayed.
1. Tap the [ XGPON ] button.
2. Press the
[
A
]
key.
3. Tap the [ View ] button.
4. To set a view, tap on the desired view.
– or –
To select a view, press the arrow keys to highlight an item and
press the center key within the arrow keys to confirm.
Create a self-defined view
The standard predefined views cannot be changed or deleted.

The XGPON screen is displayed.
1. Press the
[
A
]
key.
2. Tap the [ More ] button.
3. Tap the [ Edit Views ] button.
The  view table is displayed.
4. Press the
[
A
]
key.
5. Tap the [ Save View as ] button.
The VIEW NAME menu is displayed.
6. Type in the view name.
7. To save the view, tap the [ OK ] button.
8. To edit the preselected wavelength and set/remove the
checkmark, press the center key within the arrow keys.

Tap the desired wavelength value twice.
9. Press the
[
F
]
key.
