TCAS Block Transmission Message Details Softkey Menu

The Block Transmission Message Details Softkey Menu allows the user to define message parameters. 
This softkey menu is displayed by selecting a row from the table on the Block Transmission Screen and 
pressing the Message Details Softkey.

NOTE:

THE SCENARIO SOFTKEY IS DI SABLED WHEN A  TRANSMI TTER  FUNCT ION (I.E.,  

BLOCK TRANSMISSION)  IS ENABLED (ON).
