Installation Checklist

This appendix contains a checklist for the installer to ensure that all
steps necessary for the correct installation and initial operation of the

VMBR-1520 equipment are complete. Column 1 refers to the section
and step number in this Guide for cross-reference. Column 2 is a

description of the task. Column 3 provides space for the installer to
document any remarks, deviations, or exceptions from the procedure.
Column 4 provides space for the installer to place their initials when

the task has been successfully completed.
